Overview
The Grand Traverse of Vietnam
Embark on a life-changing expedition with our 13-Day Hanoi to Saigon via Central Highlands Cycling Tour. This is not just a bicycle trip; it is a grand narrative of Vietnam’s geographical and cultural evolution. Specifically designed for travelers who seek more than just the "standard" coastal route, this journey dives deep into the heart of the Central Highlands, offering a rugged, authentic perspective of the country while still touching upon its most iconic UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Your journey begins in the historic North, where you will witness the limestone wonders of Halong Bay. After a quick flight south, the rhythm of the pedals takes over in the Imperial City of Hue. You will conquer the legendary coastal roads and the Hai Van Pass before arriving in the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An. However, the true soul of this tour reveals itself as we turn our handlebars inland.
As we ascend into the Central Highlands, the scenery transforms from turquoise coastlines to red-soil plateaus, coffee plantations, and mist-shrouded pine forests. You will navigate the quiet, winding roads of Kon Tum, explore the coffee capital of Buon Me Thuot, and reach the high-altitude elegance of Da Lat. This route provides an incredible opportunity to interact with diverse ethnic minority groups and see a side of Vietnam untouched by mass tourism. The adventure concludes with an exhilarating descent from the mountains to the crystal-clear waters of Nha Trang, followed by a final transition to the pulsating energy of Ho Chi Minh City. Supported by Golden Cycling Tours' professional team, premium bikes, and dedicated van support, this 13-day odyssey is the definitive way to experience the diversity of Vietnam.
