Your adventure begins at 7:30 AM as the Golden Cycling Tours team meets you at your hotel in Saigon. We leave the city’s roar behind in our support van for a transfer to Tan An, the true gateway to the Delta.
As we unload the bikes, the air changes instantly. We start our ride along peaceful village lanes and sprawling rice fields that stretch to the horizon. A highlight of this morning is witnessing the harmonious life of the Delta’s animals—watch as massive water buffaloes and flocks of ducks share the same waterways in a scene from a bygone era.
